The Treatment are an English Hard Rock band that formed in Cambridge back in 2008. Raised on a diet of 70’s and 80’s rock music, The Treatment’s sound is 100% classic rock. There’s elements of AC/DC, The Cult and Crocus in their music with vocalist Tom Rampton adding the cherry on top with his gruff Bon Scott sounding voice.
Over the years they’ve had a few lineup changes as a band but have gone on to tour with the elite of the rock music world, with the likes of Alice Cooper, Motley Crue and Kiss to name but a few.
Ahead of the release of their new album, Waiting For Good Luck, Dhani and Tao joined Elysa to talk about how they got spotted by Nikki Sixx and ended up on tour with Motley Crue, their experiences of touring America, Japan and Euorpe, what they’ve been doing as ‘band bubble’ in lockdown and why this new album is their strongest one yet.
